Support for Family, Friends, Coworkers, Peers
Knowledge can go a long way when trying to comprehend other person's behaviors. It is difficult to know what to do when we see someone else struggling with issues that we can not relate to, that we handle differently, or issues that seem overwhelming or scary.

Using an ethical science-based approach, I bring education, experience and research that I have gathered in hopes to share light, compassion and courage for those affected by addictions and mental health issues.

I work with a variety of individuals and groups to improve understanding and provide tools which:
-
support the creation of healthy boundaries
-
increase better communication and conflict management skills
-
highlight how stress interacts with our environment and health
-
increase awareness about addiction, what defines addiction, and why it is a health issue
-
increase awareness about mental health issues and the stigmas that come with certain labels
-
helps define what self-care and balanced lifestyle really looks like and how it can be better supported.
